The client owned a retail space in Worcester Park High Street and wanted to utilise the loft as additional office space.
We provided all the required trades, including decoration, electrics and carpet fitting. We installed a bespoke staircase connecting the new extension to a revised 1st floor landing. Additional space was also created in the rear of the extension by adding a large dormer.
Access to bring materials in was restricted due to a ground floor extension, which required us to use specialist delivery vehicles with extra extendable cranes.
The project also required scaffolding to be erected for a temporary roof, which was erected on the High Streets pavement in full compliance with the local authority.
The project was completed within the given project timeframe and within budget.
